Job Description/ Role:
- Responding effectively and speedily to any problems.
- Providing training and support.
- Installation of operating system and essential software on the system.
- Maintaining and Monitoring Endpoint Security.
- Updating any software and hardware where necessary.
- Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response.
- Updating the inventory on a day-to-day basis if any changes in hardware or software.
- Monitoring and maintaining the Microsoft365 Admin console.
- Day to Day troubleshooting for internal user laptops & Desktops.
- Maintaining and Monitoring NVR and IP cameras.
