- Report to the CEO
- Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and managing file system
- Answering phone calls and other communications
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the CEO or other appropriate department
- Assist in organizing and maintaining pleasant office environment
