Job Description / Role:
- You will be Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of the machines
- You will conduct diagnostics on breakdown and analyze/recommend suggestions to improve the efficiency of machines
- Plan and build work schedule, equipment usage schedules, priority of expenditures, and procedures for equipment maintenance.
- Ensure effective stock management for maintenance as per standards followed
- Initiate purchase procedure for replenishment of stock.
- Monitors the acquisition and use of materials in coordination with the procurement department.
- Maintain time, work order and other shop records and submits reports to the manager.
- Responsible to ensure that all safety procedures are followed as defined by the company.
- Handle/assign resource to fix any mechanical issues within OCI premises.
- You will proactively report to management on any activities/tasks that could disrupt production.
- Responsible for in-house preparation of spare parts, drawings, specifications, and approval for the spare parts in conjunction with the manager.
- Responsible for complete maintenance and stock levels of utility accessories for chillers, fire pipelines, etc.
