Job Description / Role:
- Act in the absence of the general manager/hotel manager during the night shift
- Review and audit reports as required to guarantee an accurate end-of-day process.
- Double-check on the supervisor/receptionist checklist and revise the completion of listed Tasks.
- Revise all cashier’s paperwork and ensure accuracy of all the transactions made and cash Collected.
- Review the handover log and ensure that all points listed are properly communicated and properly understood.
