- Enhancing and tracking our KPIs: Overall performance metrics such as C/R, reliability, and delivery time.
- Collaborating with all stakeholders: Collaborating with training, commercial, and supply team to deliver the best experience for the customer, captain, and partners and achieve our targets
- Overall Operations: To make sure that our operations and services are well delivered by identifying any issues and solving them or reporting it to the proper team
- Analysis: Run simple analyses and reports that help to enhance or improve a specific side of our service.
